Job description

As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for delivering effective solutions to our clients. You will serve as a critical link between the client and our internal team of Account Managers. You will analyze client requirements and translate them into a technical solution that meets the client’s needs and fits within our technological capabilities.

As a Solution Architect, you will have the necessary knowledge and experience to advise clients on technical issues. You will be able to understand complex processes and translate them into clear and understandable terms for both the client and the sales team. You will have knowledge of the latest technological developments and be able to translate them into practical applications that add value to our clients.

Key goals

As a solutions architect you

  • Identify and analyze the technical requirements of clients and translate these requirements into technical solutions.
  • Advise clients on technical issues and provide support in decision-making.
  • Create detailed technical designs and specifications for client solutions.
  • Work closely with sales team to ensure the solution meets client requirements and is delivered within timelines.
  • Give presentations and demonstrations to clients to explain technical solutions and highlight the benefits.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in technologies and market trends to enhance the company’s technical capabilities and provide customer-focused solutions.
 

Qualifications & qualities

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect, Presales Engineer, or in a similar technical role.
  • Experience translating client requirements into technical specifications and designs.
  • Experience working with a wide range of technologies and tools, including Palo Alto, Barracuda, Fortinet, Aruba HPE, and Alcatel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Dutch, French and English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You have a passion for IT.
