Core ICT and Netleaf join forces
Brasschaat, Rumst, Belgium, May 6th 2022
On May 6th 2022, Core ICT, the IT infrastructure company, will officially merge with Netleaf, the specialist in network and security infrastructure. From then on, both companies will operate under the same holding, Syntory. Together they will strengthen their position in the market.
The collaboration was achieved with the help of Bert Van Loco, Hans van Erum and Frank Staut of investment company InvestLink.
The product and service portfolio of both companies already complemented each other perfectly. This now results in a logical next step: a merger.
Core ICT has built up a great deal of expertise in the field of IT infrastructure and Managed Services in recent years. Netleaf has a proven track record in the field of Network and Security. Two domains that fit together perfectly.
Single point of contact for all IT solutions
In combination with the extensive expertise of both companies, the collaboration guarantees an even more complete service for their customers, with the combined Managed Operations as the greatest asset. Due to these services, they can provide companies a 24 x 7 support for their complete IT-environment. The fact that customers now have a single point of contact for all their IT solutions is a huge advantage.
The merger between Core ICT and Netleaf, under the holding Syntory, fits perfectly into the growth strategy of both companies. They share a joint vision for the future and corporate culture and thus form reliable partners for the future. A win-win for both the companies and their customers. “Syntory” is a consolidation of Synthesis and Story, a reference to a combination of different elements, that together start creating a new story.
Frank Huyge (Core ICT): “In present time IT infrastructure needs extensive network connectivity with advanced security. We were looking for a partner who could strengthen Core ICT in this mission and who shares the same values; a businesslike yet personal approach where we put the customer first and all employees have the same enthusiastic approach with a broad range of expertise. This describes Netleaf perfectly, and together I am sure that we can offer our customers an even better all-in service, from architectural design to installation, to full management, and all this from a single joint approach.”
Kris Leysen (Netleaf): “Companies are looking for a true partner who can give back control over their increasingly complex network without a conflict of interest. At the same time, we have noticed that over the years this control is given to parties, under false pretence of consolidation, that should not have control over a network environment. Together with Core ICT, we keep this control with our clients. In the past years we already had multiple joint customers where we successfully worked together. Now we are taking the next step by joining the same holding.
